It begins when you learn how to pause, see what’s really going on inside you, and respond from who you truly desire to BE, not the version of you who learned to protect, please, control, or keep the peace.

I know how uncomfortable it can feel to admit that life doesn’t feel the way you want it to.

And I also know how powerful it is when you stop abandoning yourself, stop waiting for the outside world to change, and start taking kind, honest responsibility for your own life.

That’s where freedom begins.
