As women, we tend to put everyone’s needs before our own; and we end up stressed, exhausted and resentful. But, it doesn’t have to be this way, here’s how I can help.
PRIORITISE YOURSELF PROGRAMME
This is what is included in the “Prioritise Yourself” 90 Day programme:
- 1 x 60 minute, 1:1 call every week with Sue via Zoom (with or without video) or phone if within Australia.
- Downloadable worksheets to help you implement what we go through in each session.
- Voxer* or email support to help you in between sessions, if you need some support, accountability or to ask a question about something you are dealing with in that moment. I will check and respond between the hours of 9am-7pm AEST, Monday to Friday. But you can record and send your Vox’s anytime of the day or night (yes 24hrs a day!), it’s pretty amazing.
- Accountability (because its easy to let ourselves off the hook!)
*Voxer is a free app for your phone and works like a walkie talkie that records, you can also use it to type a message if you prefer.
Working 1:1 with me will help you get clarity on what you truly desire.
- The weekly session allows you to start from where you are and by taking small consistent steps you will start to feel positive, happy, energized, and in control of your life.
- You will learn mindfulness techniques to stop the overwhelm and stress, and to stay calm.
- Find out what is important to you, and start prioritising yourself, without feeling guilty or selfish and like you ‘shouldn’t’ be focussing on your own happiness.
- You will learn how to say YES to what energises you and NO to what doesn’t.
- Your relationships, with yourself and others, will improve.
- You will learn how to love yourself and your life again.
